Each Kathisma is divided into three Stases. After the First and the Second Stasis:

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Glory to Thee, O God. (Thrice)
Lord, have mercy. (Thrice)
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

After the Third Stasis, at the end of the Kathisma:

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Glory to Thee, O God. (Twice)
Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Glory to Thee, O God our Hope, O Lord, glory be to Thee.

Notes

  1. The Psalter is read neither at Vespers on Sunday evening nor on a feast of the Lord that has a Vigil. For the Third Kathisma of Sunday Matins, the Seventeenth Kathisma of the Psalter is read, unless a Vigil or a celebrated Saint calls for the Polyeleos in its place. On the other days of the week a Vigil or a celebrated Saint likewise has the Polyeleos (Psalms 134 and 135), with the verses appointed by the Eclogarion for the feast. ↩
  2. In Greek usage the Seventeenth Kathisma (Psalm 118) or the Polyeleos is chanted, as appointed by the Typicon. ↩
  3. On the Thursday of the Annunciation, the Polyeleos (Psalm 44) is chanted at the Third Kathisma of Matins. ↩
  4. The Psalter is not read from Holy Thursday until Vespers on the Saturday of Renewal Week, save the Seventeenth Kathisma at Matins of Holy Saturday. ↩
